The result is a "wipe data/factory reset". - Power off phone (hold red button, select power off). - Turn on phone (red button) while holding the Home button. Should see an exclamation point in a triangle and a phone icon. - Open keyboard. - Select ALT+W to wipe the phone. All user data and installed programs are lost.
